Accommodation Letter Request Process
As part of my role at the University of Southern Maine’s Disability Services Center, I often field student questions about processes.
During the summer of 2019, I created a video to guide students step-by-step through how they could request their accommodations letter. We had recently changed our letters from being valid for one semester to being valid for the entire academic year, so it was important to release student guidance on the topic.
I created the video using Screencast-O-Matic.
